Spit it Out!

I don't want to see close-up photos of teeth, but I have to do it for evidence... Haha! My teeth aren't yellow than they were before, right? I'm not the type to write a review about a certain product brand since I usually doesn't mind about the brand, as long as the product (no matter what brand it is) provide its purpose I'm fine with it. But here I am writing my review about a toothpaste brand I have been using for more than a month now. A friend of mine started posting about Nu Skin AP24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste on Facebook and my brother was interest and ask me to order. We started using it and the result is amazing... Aside from making my teeth whiter, it also solved my sensitivity to cold drinks/food, which I haven't achieved in other toothpaste that targets sensitive teeth. I usually felt pain on my left lower molars, but after 3 days of using  the toothpaste, the pain decrease from 7/10 pain-scale (10 being the highest) to 4/10 and ...

My goal for 2016 is to involve myself in things that will make me happy, better, and make me some money (who doesn't need money,anyway?). Let me start with career. I'm already 26 years old and I, believe it or not, still doesn't have a regular job. I graduated in 2011 and was blessed enough to immediately get my license to be a Physical Therapist.  Then I started applying but to no luck,I always (as in ALWAYS) ended being a volunteer (or auxiliary) Physical Therapist but nevertheless I still give my 100% to help my patients recover until 2 years ago, I found myself not being happy or motivated with what I'm doing.  I found myself battling every morning whether to go to work or not, so I have decided to stop deceiving myself and said goodbye to where I was working. Pope Francis' 5-day visit in the Philippines left us a lot of reminders through his speeches and homilies. And here, I listed some quotes that dug deep into my soul which left me thinking how well I've been as a Christian. "You must make time each day for prayer... if we do not pray, we will not know the most important thing of all: God’s will for us." Before 2013 ends I shared about my bucket list and said that I'll try to make at least 5 of them in 2014. Here are the ones that have been crossed on my bucket list: 1. If Ice Bucket Challenge is for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), then haircut challenge is for... Cancer. Yesterday, Matrix Philippines held a life-changing event at SM North EDSA called "8-inch Cut for Cancer Challenge". When my brother asked me if I wanted to go with him in an art fair, I thought I was going to see bunch of paintings just like when you go to a gallery or museum. But upon arriving at 10a Alabama , I was surprise to see booths that offers all sorts of things. We went straight to check Sir Denver's (my brother's supervisor) booth. I was never a party girl. Sure, I go to birthday parties, but the kind with gleaming lights, deafening music, and leaping bodies on the floor... Never (OK! I've tried but it never turned me on). Now... I couldn't end my week without attending a party. Yep! I'm a party addict now! I love the loud music (so loud, I can sing at the top of my lungs without bothering anyone), I love the lights, and I love the crowd. It just feels right! I feel free!
