I just finished reading Like the Flowing River  by Paulo Coelho , it's a collection of his reflections and short stories written from 1998 to 2005. May 3, 2014.  The day I was able to achieve one of my bucket list , that is, to experience mountain climbing. Together with my brother and my colleagues we've conquered Mt. Gulugod-Baboy at Anilao, Mabini, Batangas! Trip to Batangas The plan was to meet at Alps bus terminal in Cubao at 5:30am. There are two Alps bus terminal in Cubao, one is at the Araneta Center and the other is near Nepa Q-Mart. There was a little misunderstanding as to what terminal station we're going to meet and as a result we met past our call time and left at around 6:40AM. When my brother asked me if I wanted to go with him in an art fair, I thought I was going to see bunch of paintings just like when you go to a gallery or museum. But upon arriving at 10a Alabama , I was surprise to see booths that offers all sorts of things. We went straight to check Sir Denver's (my brother's supervisor) booth. After that we opted to check the other booths. I was looking for something to buy at Krafty Pirate I bought these cool earrings from Krafty Pirate. One of the booths that we checked was  Aromateria . I found there items really interesting, they sell Beer soaps, Coffee soaps, etc. They also sell stick perfumes. My friends and I are fond of anything Korean. Korean artists, Korean movies, Korean dramas, Korean songs and,of course, Korean cuisines. And so last Thursday, we ( Carla , Sarah , Mavic and I) had our lunch at Don Day Fresh Restaurant in Timog. Don Day is an eat-all-you-can Korean buffet at a very affordable price! You can eat unlimited Korean dishes for as low as 257 pesos only! Korean dish like C hapchae is served along with other Korean dishes.  There are a lot of Korean dishes to choose from. Too bad, I'm not that familiar with the names of other dishes. Fruits are also available for dessert. They also have Fried Kamote (not in photo) and their own version of Buchi (right lower part) for dessert. Soups are also offered.
